Some revolutions are not begun with a bang or a shout. Some revolutions quietly appeal to the senses, the intellect and even the soul. They are born out of constant thought and intense passion to effect change and to drive progress. It is with this mindset, that Kaenon Polarized was born.
In 2001, brothers, Steve and Darren Rosenberg noticed that polarized eyewear as the world knew it had serious shortcomings in all available materials. They saw through the fancy names and marketing spin of the leading eyewear brands and realized that polarized eyewear could be pushed to a level never before seen. With their entrepreneurial drive and passion to evolve the world optically, they set out to create a new polarized lens material that would enable their customers to experience clarity and polarization like never before.
At the core of every Kaenon Polarized product is the patented SR-91 – the most advanced polarized lens on the planet. SR-91 is the only polarized lens that offers razor-sharp clarity, impact-protection, superior scratch-resistance and glare-reduction all in one ultra-lightweight lens. Kaenon’s proprietary SR-91 lenses are also available in prescription.
At Kaenon Polarized, we realize that you have many options in sunglasses from which to choose. We also realize that a customer should get all they can from a product they pay for. We expected more from polarized lenses – and so should you. So it is no wonder that our revolution begins not with a mindless shout, but an intelligent whisper.
DOMESTIC WARRANTY POLICY

One Year Warranty

All Kaenon Polarized eyewear are warranted against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, at Kaenon's discretion, for one year from date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Kaenon Polarized dealer. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.

Lifetime SR-91® Lens Warranty

Kaenon Polarized offers a lifetime warranty specifically covering cracking or splitting of the lens at drill-mounts, or delamination of the inner polarizing film and the lens material. This lifetime warranty specifically excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses or scratched lens coatings, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.
To make a warranty claim during the warranty period:

1. Contact Kaenon Customer Service to obtain a Warranty Order #: tel (949) 574-7918, fax (949) 574-7916, or email at info@kaenon.com with “Warranty” in the subject line.

2. Securely pack your Kaenon Polarized eyewear in a box and include the original proof of purchase and a note with your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief description of the damage to your Kaenon Polarized eyewear.

3. Kaenon charges a nominal $10.00 processing fee on all warranty orders so please include a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 with your shipment.

4. Write your Warranty Order # on the outside of the box. Items shipped without a Warranty Order # may be refused at time of delivery by the receiving department at Kaenon Polarized.

5. Ship the package to: Kaenon Polarized - Warranty 864 West 16th Street Newport Beach, CA 92663

*Kaenon is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to track and insure your eyewear.

Note: Prescription Warranty orders should be handled through the authorized Kaenon Polarized dealer that originally dispensed your Rx.

DOMESTIC REPAIR POLICY

If your Kaenon’s need a fix that isn’t covered by the warranty policy, we may be able to repair your glasses for you quickly and cost effectively. To complete the repair order:

1. Contact Kaenon Customer Service at (949) 574-7918 or email us at info@kaenon.com with “Repair” in the subject line to get a price estimate for your frame or lens repair.

2. Obtain a Repair Order # from our Customer Service Associate and arrange payment.

3. Securely pack your Kaenon Polarized eyewear in a box and include a note with your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief description of the repair needed.

4. Write your Repair Order # on the outside of the box. Items shipped without a Repair Order # may be refused at time of delivery by the receiving department at Kaenon Polarized.

5. Ship the package to: Kaenon Polarized – Repair 864 West 16th Street Newport Beach, CA 92663

*Kaenon is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to track and insure your eyewear.

6. Once we receive your package and complete the repair we will charge your credit card for the repair plus tax and shipping. If your repair costs more than we estimated, we will contact you before we proceed.
