SHIPPING AND TRACKING.
We now offer shipping to CANADA for a flat rate charge of $14.95. We also provide free ground shipping for all our domestic customers including all APO/FPO and all PO BOX ship addresses.
Alternative expedited ship options are also available. Simply uncheck the default free shipping option on the next checkout page and choose the expedited ship method upon clicking checkout.
Most items will be sent out the same or following day. An email will be sent to you with all applicable tracking information. Qualified orders may receive free ground shipping. Expedited orders such as 3 day select and above that have been received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped same day provided the item is in stock.
We will contact customers immediately if there are any issues with stock.
An example of delivery time would be if an item was purchased at 3:00pm EST Monday and is in stock will be processed for shipment same day and will be delivered by the end of business on Thursday. Items ordered on Friday would receive the purchase by the end of business on Wednesday.
Please refer to the UPS delivery time map for estimates on delivery time. Most of the Eastern region is within the 3 day delivery time on standard ground shipping and it would not be necessary.
Military APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS priority but no time guarantee can be made on such shipments due to the nature of shipping to Military locations.
Most shipments qualify for free shipping.
Canadian customers will have their packages sent UPS standard which is usually delivered between 4 to 7 business days from ship. Typical standard shipping via UPS cost approximately $21.95 USD. OpticFlare.Com credit our Canadian customers $7.00 USD towards their shipments and charge a flat rate of $14.95 for all packages sent to Canada.
However Canadian customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and any fees required to get said products through customs. If an item is returned for refund, we will re-coop all expenses that was a result of us shipping product to Canada.
If an item is on backorder our customer service reps will contact you in regards to the time it may take for an item to become available. Other arrangements can be made at that time to substitute an order or to cancel the purchase.
