EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

  • Call OPTICFLARE.COM @ 888-720-2772 or email ASKSALES@OPTICFLARE.COM to first acquire a return authorization number (RA#). Write the R. A.# on the outside of the package. Packages received by OPTICFLARE.COM with no R. A.# visible will be refused and returned to sender.

  • Send your sunglasses with the following information inside the package. Please send a copy of your original receipt along with alternate contact information if different from receipt. Please add a note in regards to the exchange or refund request to help expedite the process.


  • Said product must be in original condition and without blemishes and/or scratches. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. We are forced to adopt this policy to keep our cost down and provide the best prices for our customers.

  • You will be notified via email and/or telephone as to how your return/exchange is being handled. Any funds owed towards an exchange will also be handled at that time. Credits are processed on Fridays. Please allow 72hrs for credit to be posted to your account.


  • You will be emailed a confirmation receipt of credit upon posting. If you did not received and email towards credit, please contact us at 1-888-720-2772


  • All products must be blemish and scratch free. These products must be in excellent condition or they will be sent back to sender. We reserve the right to refuse any return if item has exceeded the grace period for returns.

  • Holiday Grace period is extended for 60 days from the purchase date to have said goods sent back to us in the original condition for all purchases made.


  • Products returned will be charged a $5.00 restock fee or 5% of purchase price (which ever is greater). Exchanged items will receive full credit.
    Purchases over dollars receive free shipping and in some instances promotional goods. The free shipping offer no longer applies once an item has been sent to us for a refund. We will refund your card less any restock fee and the shipping charges that we incurred.
    Items that have not been shipped may be canceled and receive full refund.
